I am born and brought up in the capital city of India, New Delhi. I hold a B.A. in English (with Hons) degree from Delhi University, India, GNIIT degree from National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT) and Masters In Personnel Mangagement (M.P.M) from Bharti Vidyapeeth Institute of Management and Research (B.V.I.M.R), Pune University.

Saurabh Gupta, my husband, is a Doctorate in MIS from Terry College of Business, University of Georgia loacted in Athens, GA USA.

I am an HR Professional with 2+ years of work experience. I have done two Research projects focusing on Absenteeism and HR policies. My current interest is in the areas of learning and providing training in an elementary school with the use of technology.
